1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@a7aitrends.com. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number generated, it cannot be canceled and will have to be processed as a standard return after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
