Shipping & Tracking

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually experience faster deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. However, we occasionally run free shipping promotions on orders exceeding a certain cart value. Check the announcement bar at the top of the site for active offers!
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days. Note that size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

You can cancel or modify your order only if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please email us at info@a7aitrends.com immediately if you need to make changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
